The SAI-M02 has a really good mid sized blade length at 15cm which is suitable for a range of tasks. The shape of the blade suggests that knife can be used for slicing and so would make a good small carving knife especially if you like eating chicken or duck. It is also the knife closest to being a filleting knife in the range, so we would also suggest if you are missing a boning knife from your SAI collection that this knife can do the job.
