The couple will be notified of your kind purchase from their wedding registry. Once their wedding date has passed and their gift list has been closed, our purchasing team will place orders with our Branded Supplier Partners. The gifts will then be sent to our secure warehouse where they will be stored until the couple is ready for them to be delivered.
All gifts bought for the couple via our wedding registry service will be stored in our secure warehouse. The couple then arrange a delivery of their wedding presents at a time to suit them, normally after their wedding date. Next, the wedding gifts are carefully gift-wrapped and dispatched in recycled packaging, before being hand-delivered by our own personal courier.
Yes of course, but please know that the couple will have been notified of your original purchase. Our team will be happy to help you choose another gift from their wedding registry, but please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this. If you have bought several items from the wedding gift list and wish to cancel just one, we will cancel your original order and process a new one for you.
