HELPFUL HINTS: Digital thermometers are NOT meant to be left in food during cooking. The plastic and electronic components could be damaged with excessive heat. Only the wired probe should be in the oven but should not be exposed to temperatures exceeding 250 degrees Celsius (482 degrees Fahrenheit) or put in contact with direct flames. 

NOTE: The thermometer and timer function independently and cannot be used together. Programming one will disable the other. 

IMPORTANT: The thermometer will be hot after use. Use oven gloves when handling a hot thermometer.
