amie is a dry and pale rose, a well-rounded and elegant red wine and a crisp and zesty white wine. amie rose is made from 100% Cinsault, the wine is fresh and vibrant with bouquet characteristics. The white wine is made from Sauvignon Blanc with a touch of Gros Manseng. The wine has flavours of fresh aromatic, green and tropical fruit with mouth watering integrated acidity. The red wine is 100% Carignan and is well-rounded and elegant, with blackberry fruit flavours and has been made from vines that are over 30-years-old.
