The GS-13 is quite similar to the GS-11 and is a sister knife to it. The GS-13 has very slight serrations along the edge of the blade. Not as pronounced as a fully serrated blade, we find that these small serrations actually work really well with fruit that has a firm skin, but watery center where you do not want the contents to go flying everywhere! The serrated blade is able to saw through the skin while keeping a very clean cut.
