Care instructions:

• Dishwasher not recommended — hand wash once fully cooled, and dry immediately. Does not require seasoning like traditional raw cast iron.
• Oven and broiler safe up to 260°C.
• Compatible with gas, electric, induction, and ceramic cook tops. Avoid dragging across surfaces to prevent scratches.
• Avoid using with metal utensils, abrasive sponges, or scouring agents, as they can damage the material. It is recommended to use medium heat (and a little patience) to get it hot and ready.
