Care instructions:
Griddle Pan + Bakers:
- Hand wash only to preserve the nonstick coating; don't use abrasive sponges and avoid putting a hot pan in cold water
- To deglaze the interior, just boil some water with a bit of baking soda, then wipe it down with a gentle sponge
- Everything is oven-safe up to 230°C
- When using the Griddle Pan on the stovetop, use low to medium heat and a couple tablespoons of high smoke point fat to preserve the nonstick
- Your cookware and bakeware will naturally patina on the bottom
- Wipe any spills from the outside before they have a chance to burn
- Use silicone or wood utensils to protect the nonstick coating
- The Griddle Pan is NOT induction-compatible
Oven Mat:
- Dishwasher safe
- Oven safe up to 230°C, but not intended for use on the stovetop
- Do not use sharp or metal utensils as they can damage the silicone material
- A thorough scrub with a little baking soda will eliminate buildup. Over time, it will patina, but that's perfectly normal"
