Tabla Set of 2 Dinner Plates, D28cm, Green

Hand-made and painted set of 2 tabla dinner plates, made in Portugal using traditional techniques by a family run factory. The  design is a motif taken from traditional designs. These colourful ceramics are inspired by the 'fajalauza' tradition of Granada, Spain, which stems from the city's history of blending Spanish north African culture. They speak of sunshine, long lunches and 'sobremesa': the Spanish word for the conversation over the table after a meal with family and friends.
