Gourmet Chef's Knife, 15cm, Walnut

The Gourmet Paring Knife 10cm, is a small, elegant and handmade paring knife. You notice that the edge immediately moves up towards the tip. As such the knife is amazing to use and enhanced with a very pointed tip. Great for all small tasks in the kitchen. Think of opening boxes, cutting garlic or finely cutting herbs. This knife was made by hand in Espalion, France.
